Advertising and analytics

We use Google advertising tags to measure how many visitors who click our ads go on to book a free water test. The Google tag records page visits, including our booking confirmation page, and may use cookies. It does not load for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland.

We also record on-site activity, such as which buttons and forms are used, to understand what helps visitors. This activity stays in your browser session unless an analytics tool listed here is active.

To opt out of personalized Google ads, visit Google Ad Settings (https://adssettings.google.com). You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or contact us.

Who we share it with

We share information only with providers that help us run our business:

• Our customer management system (CRM), operated by iContracting, to manage and follow up on your request.
• Our website hosting and database provider.
• Google: Gmail to send emails, Google Maps for address suggestions while you type, and the Google advertising tag described above.
• Twilio, to send text messages such as pickup notifications.
• An AI service that generates AI Water Advisor answers from the concerns you type.
• Zippopotam.us, a ZIP code lookup used to check our service area.
• GoodLeap, only if you choose to follow a financing link to their site.
